Membership, Orders, Shipment and Payment basics

Membership

1. To sign up as a member, click on the "Sign in" button located on top right of the store

For mobile users, please click on the three bars on top right, and then find the "Log in" button

2. Click on the "Sign up" button next on sign in info

3. Enter your sign up information and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

4. Once in, you could view your member page in "Member" section or press on the "Rewards" pop up on the bottom right side of the screen. 

5. You could view your current points, ways to earn points, and ways to redeem points

Order, Payment and Shipping process

1. Click on the product you would like to buy from our store by browsing through the mainpage or clicking "Collections" or "All Products"

2. Once a product is clicked, you will be directed to the product page where you can add the product into your shopping cart or buy now

3. Once you're ready to purchase, you will be redirected to our checkout page. Choose your preferred shipping method and enter your shipping information in order for us to process your order

4. Once the information are filled in completely, you will be directed to the shipping step. The shipping rates will be automatically adjusted based on West Malaysia and East Malaysia. For self pick-up method, please contact 010-3307828 or email sptera.sales@gmail.com

5. On payment step, choose either to pay using credit card or FPX payment gateway system. Choose your billing address aswell and click "Pay now" to confirm your order

6. Once paid, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we had received your order and are processing it for delivery to your address. You will also receive points based on the amount you've spent if you have registered as a member. Thank you for shopping with SP Tera!
